John Motak passed suddenly on May 13, 2023, of North Collins, NY at the age of 53 Years. Beloved of Traci (Hamilton) Motak. Loving father of Samantha (Eric) Chadwick and Nicole Torrey. Grandfather of Christian, Jamie Bell, Aurora Mosmowski, Madison and Elizabeth Chadwick. Son of Marjorie (Willis) Neifer and the late Joseph T. Motak Sr. Brother of Thomas (Lori) Motak, James (late Donna) Motak, Beth (Donnie) Mack and the late Joseph Motak Jr.
A Memorial visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 2023, from 4-8 PM at The Wentland Funeral Home 10634 Main St. (Rt 62) North Collins, NY. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 8 at 11 AM.
